Q: Can I share my monthly service with a friend? A: No — monthly benefits and discounts are for the member only, though you may transfer your full membership to someone else.
Q: What if I miss a month? A: Services do not roll over. Consider transferring your membership if you can’t use it that month.
Q: How do I get my free upgrade? A: Let your technician know when checking in — one free upgrade allowed per monthly service.
Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Membership is available to individuals aged 14 years and above.
Commitment & Billing: Membership is $89 per month with a three-month minimum commitment from the date of purchase. Membership fees are billed monthly from date of purchase. All payments are non-refundable once processed. Late payments may result in suspension of membership until the balance is cleared.
Use It or Lose It: Unused services do not roll over to the following month.
Price Changes & Transfers: Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ advance notice. Memberships may be transferred to a friend or family member.
Monthly Service Selection: Each month, members may choose one SOAK service. Exclusions: mani/pedi combinations, Primp & Polish, Little Miss / Little Mister services.
Discounts: Additional services outside of the monthly benefit receive a 15% discount. Discounts apply only to the member’s services and cannot be transferred to guests. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions (e.g., "Toes for Two").
Retail & Drinks: 10% off retail and cocktails/drinks throughout the membership term (non-transferable).
Upgrades: FREE upgrades (Gel, Paraffin, Dazzle Dry, Fiber Gel, Jelly Bath) — one free upgrade per service; additional upgrades are available at a 15% discount.
Appointments & Cancellations: Appointments must be scheduled in advance; walk-ins are subject to availability. Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a no-show fee or deduction of that month. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in an abbreviated service.
No Freezes / No Partial Refunds: Memberships cannot be frozen but may be transferred to a friend. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellations. All memberships are a full three-month commitment from the date of purchase.
Conduct & Safety: Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other clients. SOAK reserves the right to terminate membership at any time for misconduct or policy violations. Clients must inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies prior to service. SOAK is not responsible for any adverse reactions.
