Can I share my monthly service with a friend?
Your monthly service is for you — but if you can’t use it, you may transfer that month’s service to a friend or family member.

What if I miss a month?
Services do not roll over. We recommend transferring your service so it doesn’t go to waste.

How do I use my free upgrade?
Just let your technician know at check-in — we’ll take care of the rest.

Terms & Conditions

  • Membership is $89/month with a 3-month minimum commitment

  • Payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable

  • Services do not roll over (“use it or transfer it”)

  • Discounts apply only to the member and cannot be combined with other promotions

  • Memberships cannot be frozen; however, unused monthly services may be transferred to a friend or family member

  • SOAK reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days’ notice

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times
