SOAK Spoils Points are part of our Loyalty Reward Program. Earn points on purchases (for services or products) made with money or gift cards after discounts and before tax.

What Can I Use Points For?

Redeem your points for a variety of SOAK products and services. Points are automatically tracked after enrollment, so you’ll always know what you’ve earned!

How Do I Get Started?

Enroll in our email and text marketing through your online profile, our client intake form, or in-store. Our team is here to help if you need assistance.

How Do I Redeem SOAK SPOILS POINTS?

Redeem points anytime once you’ve accumulated enough points! Please check with our concierge team about point minimums.

SAMPLE REWARDS:

• Earn 5,000 points after your first service—a $5 reward!

• Earn 5,000 points for rebooking after your first visit—another $5!

• Earn 1,500 points for services over $80 in a single order

• Earn 10,000 points for referring a new client—a $10 reward!

• Earn 1,500 points on merchandise purchases over $50

• Earn 1,000 points when pre-booking your next appointment in-store

• Earn 5,000 points for trying a new spa service (existing clients only)

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Points are awarded at checkout

• Points are non-transferable, cannot be shared and cannot be used for gift card purchases

• Points expire after 12 months

• 1,000 points = $1 in rewards

• If you unsubscribe from marketing, all points will be forfeited unless you resubscribe within 14 days
